Comercial Swimming Pool Boiler Upgrade
This project involved a complete overhaul of the pump room for a large HOA-operated community pool. The existing system had multiple installation deficiencies, and the boiler had failed entirely. The mechanical equipment was reconfigured and reinstalled to proper standards, and the boiler was replaced with a modern, high-efficiency unit—resulting in improved system performance, reliability, and long-term operational efficiency.
Commercial Pool Equipment Rennovation
This commercial renovation project included a comprehensive upgrade of the pool’s mechanical systems, featuring the installation of a 20 HP vertical pump, dual filtration system with glass media, high-efficiency boiler, UV system, AOP generator, and advanced chemical automation. The upgraded system delivers superior water quality, improved operational efficiency, and reduced long-term maintenance costs.
Chemical Automation System
This system was installed as part of a full renovation of an upscale condominium pool and spa, delivering a modern, fully automated water treatment solution. It features a salt chlorine generator with a backup chemical feed system, along with CO₂ injection for precise pH control. The chemical automation system ensures consistent water quality while reducing manual intervention, providing a more efficient and reliable operation for facility staff.
Suction Manifold Replacement
This suction manifold was rebuilt to improve the hydraulic performance of the system. Prior to the reconfiguration, the pump was difficult to prime and unable to operate at full capacity. The valves, piping, and fittings were replaced, and the pump was reset on a new poured concrete base. Following these upgrades, the pump primed easily, operated significantly quieter, and achieved a much higher flow rate.
